Pilgrimage Festival takes place this weekend – Sept 21 & 22 – at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin. As you plan your festival schedule, here’s what you need to know in order to arrive at the festival.

Traffic Patterns

Both Days (beginning at 6 am on Saturday)

  • Northbound Franklin Road from First Avenue to Harpeth Industrial Court will close to vehicles beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday. This lane will be reserved for pedestrians and bicycles.

6:30 am-8:00 pm Both Days

  • Franklin Rd from Harpeth Industrial Court to Mack Hatcher – Both traffic lanes will be utilized to permit southbound only traffic flow.
  • Franklin Rd from Harpeth Industrial Court to First Avenue – only southbound traffic flow will be permitted while the northbound lane will be reserved for pedestrians and bicycles.
  • Liberty Pike from Franklin Rd to Eddy Lane – No change to the normal traffic pattern.

8:00 pm-10:00 pm Both Days

  • Franklin Rd from Harpeth Industrial Court to Mack Hatcher – only northbound traffic flow will be permitted. No southbound access to Franklin Road from Mack Hatcher
  • Franklin Rd from Harpeth Industrial Court to First Avenue – only southbound traffic flow will be permitted while the northbound lane will be reserved for pedestrians and bicycles.
  • Liberty Pike between Eddy Lane and Franklin Rd – only eastbound traffic flow will be permitted with the following exception: a Police Officer at Eddy lane will assist westbound traffic for residents who live in the Everly Apartments, Jamison Station, Old Liberty Pike, and Daniels Drive areas. Franklin Rd at Liberty Pike will not be passable.

Shuttles

Buses will run both days of the festival. Coming home buses start at 8:30 p and continue until one hour after the final act (9:30 p). All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Buses operate rain or shine. To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so you will need your valid photo ID and mobile or printed off bus pass for check-in.

SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your bus pass will be attached to your order confirmation email, you can either print off or show us on your phone.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Those who use ridesharing apps are asked to request pick up and drop off on the east side of The Factory.

Parking

Onsite Parking

Those wishing to purchase a parking pass can visit The Pilgrimage Office at The Factory, 230 Franklin Rd, Suite 11HH, Franklin, TN 37064 all week through Friday, Sept. 20, 9 am – 5 pm or The Drury Hotel, Day of Show on Saturday, Sept. 21 or Sunday, Sept. 22, 1874 W McEwen Dr, Franklin, TN 37067.

Offsite Parking

Free parking is available in downtown Franklin at two parking garages on 2nd Avenue and 4th Avenue. Click here for parking availability in the garages. There will be a pedestrian walkway from downtown Franklin to the festival.

Festival parking is available at Ligon Field and Bi-Centennial Park. Pedicab rides are available for purchase to take you from Downtown Franklin to Festival Site.

Parking is also available at Liberty Elementary. Franklin Transit will be offering a shuttle from Liberty Elementary to Pilgrimage for $1. There will be NO ACCESS on Franklin Road without a pre-paid parking pass.

Other off-site parking locations are available, possibly for a fee.
