Williamson County Fair Kicks Off

Despite the threat of rain, a crowd gathered to help Williamson County Mayor Rogers Anderson celebrate the start of the Williamson County Fair Friday night. The ribbon was cut at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and the crowd lined up to buy tickets for rides, and see the sights, sounds and tastes of the 2016 Williamson County Fair.

Free parking is being provided by NISSAN, with Gate 1 serving as the main entrance for parking. The lot on the third tier has been expanded this year to add additional parking, and overflow off-site parking will be provided by Berry Farms.

The Williamson County Fair runs Aug 5-13 at the Williamson County Ag EXPO Park. For more information, visit williamsonsource.com/2016-williamson-county-fair.
