Downtown Franklin’s newest restaurant Ruby Sunshine recently held their ribbon cutting ceremony New Orleans style with a band, march around the square, t-shirt making and more.
A portion of Ruby Sunshine’s dine-in sales from the grand opening day went to The Path Project, a Franklin-based nonprofit that helps at-risk youth on the path to graduation.
At Ruby Sunshine, they offer Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes, and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails.
Ruby Sunshine is located at 231 Public Square Franklin. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7 a – 2 p, and Saturday- Sunday, 7 a – 3 p.
The eatery does not take reservations but you can join their waitlist on Yelp.com on the Ruby Sunshine page where it states “Join the Waitlist.” Once you’ve joined the list, it will give you an estimated wait time.
