The annual bluegrass festival returned in person this year for its 30th anniversary of the event.
Held each year on the 4th weekend in July, the event kicked off on Friday night with some of the best bluegrass performers around. This year, the Baker Family performed along with Tim Watson. On Saturday, visitors enjoyed competition among some of the most talented performers.The free festival honors Franklin’s own Grand Ole Opry stars Sam and Kirk McGee.
