Photo of the day:Recovery Court graduate Casey Hill presents a book of quotes from participants to Judge Jim Martin, who is retiring as 21st District Recovery Court’s presiding judge, a position he has held since 2014. Judge Martin is also retiring at the end of August after serving for 14 years as 21st Judicial District Circuit judge.
