Photo of the day: Special Olympics Tennessee hosted the Music City Blitz Invitational, presented by Nissan, at Nissan Stadium on Saturday, bringing together athletes and Unified partners for a full day of competitive flag football on an NFL stage.
Teams from across Tennessee and beyond competed in multiple divisions, experiencing the excitement of running through the stadium tunnel and playing on the Tennessee Titans’ home field. The event highlighted the power of inclusion, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Other states represented included Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Virginia.
Several coaches of the Tennessee Titans participated in the dynamic warm-up and combine before the competition began. Representatives included Cade Knox, offensive assistant, Dalton Hilliard, Defensive Backs Nickels Coach, and Tony Oden, Defensive Pass Game Coordinator and Counter Backs Coach.
