Do you have an app on your phone to connect to your local police department? If you live in Franklin you should. Since February, the Franklin Police have offered a unique way for you to stay informed. This IPhone and Android application allows you to call and contact department leaders, submit concerns, sign-up for alerts and more. Partnering with CitizenObserver, citizens can submit anonymous crime tips.
The app was developed by a veteran Franklin police officer and “is another example of using internal talent and resources to deliver quality services,” said Police Chief David Rahinsky. The department asks that you, “Stay connected, get involved, make a difference.”
