Did the rain throw off your fitness plans? Try something different with Parks & Rec. Group fitness is still available at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood. Classes include PILOXING, Zumba, Pilates, Nite Club Cardio, Chisel & Sculpt and Yoga. View the schedule at www.wcparksandrec.com. Class fees: $6 for ages 18 and older; $4 for ages 13-17.

Water aerobics are offered M-F from 8:30 – 9:20 A.M. and from 11:30 – 12:30 on M,W,F. Water allows exercise without all the joint strain, perfect for recovery or just getting started. No registration is required. Class fees: $3 for ages 13-54, $2 for ages 55 and older.

How about Tai Chi Thursdays? The ancient Chinese healing art is exercise and helps you learn to breathe better to achieve a boost to the immune system. They are still meeting until October 4th from 4:30 – 5:15 P.M.
