Williamson County Parks and Recreation will be offering three programs this fall. Two of the three programs are for youth and the flag football league is for adults. Programs will be held at the Indoor Sports Complex and the Indoor Arena in Brentwood. For complete information, see below:
FINS & FEET YOUTH AQUATHLON – Register Now for August 30 Event
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce the second annual Fins & Feet Aquathlon, a youth swim and run competition on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the Indoor Sports Complex, 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood. Fins & Feet is for boys and girls ages 6 to 14. Athletes will race according to their age on 8/30/15, and will be divided into three levels: ages 6 to 8, swim 50 meters/run .5 miles; ages 9 to 11, swim 200 meters/run one mile; ages 12 to 14, swim 300 meters/run 1.4 miles. Registration is now open at www.wcprathletics.org, and the entry fee is $25.
ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE IN BRENTWOOD
The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration through August 25 for an adult flag football league at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy. in Brentwood.
League play will be on Tuesday nights beginning September 1. The team fee is $350, and teams may register on-line using code number 5048 at www.wcparksandrec.com. For more information about registration for adult flag football leagues, contact Dustin Adams at (615) 377-6530 or [email protected].
REGISTER NOW FOR TINY TOTS SOCCER CLINICS
The Athletics Division of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registration for two Tiny Tots soccer clinics (ages 3 to 6) to be held on Wednesdays, September 9-October 21 at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy. in Brentwood. Registration will be on-line only at www.wcparksandrec.com. Ages 3 and 4 will meet from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the on-line registration code for that session is 5019. Ages 5 and 6 will meet from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and their on-line registration code is 5028. The clinic fee is $35 for the six-week session.
