Parks & Rec Hosts ‘Acting for the Ageless’ One Day Workshop

WCPR Acting for the Ageless

Do you have a story you’ve always wanted to tell? Do you enjoy going to the theatre? Do you imagine having your story told by actors? Or telling someone else’s story? If so, then join Williamson County Parks and Recreation for Acting for the Ageless. This fun one-day workshop, for individuals ages 40+, will teach the art of improvisational acting and the structure of storytelling. Participants will have the opportunity to practice telling the stories of others in the group and work with others to tell their story.

The workshop will be held on Monday, April 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave., Franklin. Register for activity #14553 at www.wcparksandrec.com. Cost is $50. The workshop will be conducted by Rick Bernstein, a lifelong storyteller, theatrical producer, director and actor.
