Orangetheory® Fitness is relocating its popular Franklin studio to a larger space, conveniently located at 790 Jordan Road, Suite 106, near the former studio. Starting Monday, April 2, classes will be held in the new studio that boasts an updated design plan featuring 600 additional square feet compared to the old location, 14 new treadmills and rowers, additional TVs and a new heart-rate tracking system.

“The studio move is necessary as we’ve outgrown our current space,” said Meghan Littlejohn, Orangetheory Fitness franchise owner. “Our team is committed to providing the best experience for our members, and the new space and updated design will accomplish that goal.”

To celebrate the studio’s relocation, Orangetheory will host mini community classes each Saturday in April from 3:30-4 p.m. on the following dates: April 7, April 14, April 21 and April 28. The classes provide those in the community who are not Orangetheory members an opportunity to try the popular workout free of charge. Attendees will participate in a shortened, intro-style 30-minute class where they will learn more about the science behind Orangetheory, proper form on the rowers and weight floor, and have a chance to tour the facility and ask questions to one of the world-class trainers. To reserve a spot in these free classes, call the studio at 615-504-1110.

Additionally, the Orangetheory Fitness Franklin team will host a grand opening party on Sunday, April 8 from 5-6:30 p.m. to celebrate the new studio location. Existing members and those interested in joining are welcome to learn more about the brand from the experienced team. The event will allow guests to tour the new studio, meet the trainers and staff and participate in giveaways from community partners. In addition, winners of Orangetheory Franklin’s annual Transformation Challenge will be announced at the event.

Orangetheory Fitness has become a popular fitness regimen as the heart-rate monitored, high-intensity workout is scientifically designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and increases energy, allowing clients to continue burning calories for 36 hours following the workout. Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory Fitness is a 60-minute workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Participants burn an average of 500+ total calories per 60-minute training session (individual results vary). Led by highly skilled coaches, each Orangetheory Fitness workout incorporate endurance, strength and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® suspension training and free weights.
