Online Course Requests Now Open for High School Students

online courses

From WCS inFocus

Beginning in the fall of 2018, Williamson County high schools will offer some online courses to their students.

Registration is currently open and will close on April 20. Currently, all courses being offered online are standard-level with the exception of one Advanced Placement (AP) class.

Online courses will be taught in a blended learning style. The majority of the classwork will be online, but students will be required to meet with the teacher occasionally throughout the semester.

In order to register for an online course, students must have a conference with their high school counselor.

After the registration period ends, interest in the courses will be assessed. Once rosters begin to get finalized, schools will begin communicating with the affected students.
