O’More’s Lester Supports Belcourt’s nD Festival

O'More Student Laura Lester

O’More graduate Laura Lester is creating a custom auction package of children’s clothes for Sunday’s nD Fashion Show and Auction finale. The Belcourt third Annual nD festival is a three-day sequence of stylish soirees benefiting the educational and engagement programs of the theatre. Join them from September 28-30 at the theatre in Nashville.

Patrons who attend the festival will have a chance to bid on exclusive items that represent the best of indie Nashville. “I am thrilled to contribute to this fundraiser and honored that [O’More Fashion Design Chair] Jamie Atlas asked me to do this,” Lester said. “Every piece of clothing I create is custom per child. I’ve never made two things exactly alike, so I’m excited to work with the winner.”

The four piece package will include a jumpsuit, shift dress and bell sleeve shirt with a ruffle skirt or pants. A post auction consultation will be held with Sunday’s winner. Lester is a 2012 graduate of the design college in Franklin, Tenn., and recently launched a children’s line, Rossy Kate. The brand spun from her “Ruffled Feathers” senior collection presented during O’More’s 14th Annual Eloise Student Fashion Show.
