Olive Garden, located at 1712 Galleria Boulevard, is just days away from opening. As the Franklin restaurant prepares to open on March 18, they announced Tresa Reigart, a 31-year veteran of the restaurant industry, will lead Olive Garden’s newest restaurant.
Reigart, began her career with Olive Garden in 1997 as server and bartender. During her time with the company, Reigart advanced by holding positions in both front-of-house and back-of-house and was ultimately promoted to General Manager in 2007.
Under the leadership of Reigart, the new Olive Garden location has been in the process of hiring more than 150 team members for the Franklin location. For those interested in employment, applicants are encouraged to fill out an application in advance through www.OliveGarden.com/careers.
Olive Garden is going in the former Macaroni Grill location. The building has been completely renovated. The new restaurant will feature Olive Garden’s latest design with new artwork, fabrics and materials, lighting, seating, countertops and flooring, as well as a display of the new “Olive Garden Italian Kitchen” logo sign. With 7,197 square-feet, the restaurant will accommodate more than 250 guests.
