O’Charley’s Launches New “Ms. Southern Hospitality” Ad Campaign

O’Charley’s announced the debut of its new advertising campaign, which seeks to bring awareness to the company’s core pillars – quality, value, experience and relationships – and how O’Charley’s is committed to delivering southern hospitality to the everyday dining experience. The campaign includes a series of new commercials, fresh menu innovations at an affordable price point and a larger focus on building strong relationships with guests in the restaurant and within the community.

“We are thrilled to introduce our new ad campaign, which embodies the principles of our brand in a humorous, playful way,” said David Ellis, VP of Marketing for O’Charley’s. “The new creative demonstrates in a clear and engaging way how we are different from our competitors. Not only do we believe the most enjoyable moments happen over a good meal, we also strongly believe our guests should be treated like guests at our restaurants, and this new campaign shows just that.”

The “Ms. Southern Hospitality” creative humorously personifies the O’Charley’s commitment to providing a better experience to guests just like you do in your own home.

“O’Charley’s prides itself on being one of the original restaurants to embrace the concept of serving quality food at an affordable price in an unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere with a hint of southern hospitality, and our guests look to us to continue innovating our quality of food and level of service,” said Eddie Hall, O’Charley’s President.
