The O’Charley’s Kitchen and Bar on Murfreesboro Road in Franklin is the first of several restaurants in the Middle Tennessee area to undergo a revitalization and remodel that features a contemporary look and updated menu. To celebrate the remodeled restaurant, which officially reopened on September 1, the restaurant hosted a celebration on September 15 with the Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries. O’Charley’s President Eddie Hall and Franklin Vice Mayor Pearl Brandford were on hand to kick off the celebration with a ribbon cutting before joining fellow guests inside to share a meal.
Inside the recently-renovated O’Charley’s, guests will find an expanded bar, mortar washed brick accents, generous space between tables, frosted windows separating the dining room from the kitchen, clean design lines, and new wood tables and booths. With an elegant style reflective of Franklin’s history, the old black and white photos of local landmarks that line the walls complement the rustic farmhouse-inspired furniture scattered throughout, giving guests an airy ambiance.
“We’re so proud to be part of this community; we’ve been in Franklin for more than 25 years and we’re confident our loyal guests will love the new look and feel,” said Eddie Hall, O’Charley’s President. “We designed the restaurant to reflect the new menu and emphasize our commitment to quality, hospitality and atmosphere.”
Along with the redesigned décor, an updated menu has debuted at the restaurant which has more than 100 quality improvements to ensure guest satisfaction. The O’Charley’s team updated classic recipes to focus on fresh, house-made items (like hand-cut salads, hand-made croutons and dressings) and high-quality, never frozen steak, salmon and chicken, all to provide guests with even more generous portions and eye-catching presentations. The menu features several completely new items including House-Made Spicy Jack Cheese Wedges, Shrimp Tacos and classics like Chicken Parmesan. O’Charley’s favorites like the famous unsliceably soft rolls, double hand-breaded chicken tenders and Free Pie Wednesday are still available to guests.
Additionally, this remodeled restaurant continues to offer Prime Rib Lovers’ Weekend for Two, featuring two half-pound cuts of the popular Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, two sides and an appetizer to share, all for one low price.
All O’Charley’s, including this Franklin restaurant, also offers an online ordering option where guests can go to www.onlineordering.ocharleys.com to choose a pick-up time and location, customize and place an order and select a payment option (pre-pay online or onsite cash/credit payment) to have an order ready upon arrival. For added ease and convenience, O’Charley’s has added well positioned Curbside To Go stations in the parking lot for easy pickup.
