Martin Winburn Hoover, Jr, age 81 of Franklin, Tennessee passed away on March 26, 2017.
He was a retired federal judge, lawyer and CPA. Born in Glendale, Arkansas to the late Martin and Lois Hoover, Sr. Survived by wife of 59 years, Janice Barclay Hoover; son, Martin R Hoover; daughter Holly Dee Hoover; grandchildren, William Martin (Bethany) Hoover, Matthew Barclay (Joy) Hoover, Justin Howard (Aly) Hoover, Adam Nicholas (Eden) Hoover, Shelby Adriana McAllister and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 1:00PM. Visitation with the family will be Monday, March 27, 2017 from 5-7PM; Bro. Earl West officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Diabetes Association.
