Margaret Shirley Amis, age 81 went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 14, 2019.
Margaret was born in Williamson Co., TN on September 14, 1937, daughter of the late Lewis Smith & Nellie King Smith.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy C. Amis, Jr., & brother, Nelson Smith.
Survivors include her son, Mark R. (Kathleen) Conner; grandchildren, MacKenzie (Bart Jones) Conner; great-grandchild, Kimber Conner and close friends, Joyce Boone, Tommy Jackson & James Haywood.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jim Taylor officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to funeral service.
Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
