OBITUARY: Linda Louise Sullivan

Linda Louise Givens Sullivan, age 80, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at her daughter’s residence.

A native of Williamson County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Ephraim Kirby Givens and the late Edna Hotsinpillar Givens. She spent her career as a seamstress for many years. She enjoyed gardening and had an amazing green thumb. She could make anything grow with her loving touch. She enjoyed sewing both as a job and as a pastime. She was famous for her chocolate pies.

She was devoted to her family and helped her children raise all her grandkids at one point or another. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dorris Sullivan; daughter, Geraldine Sullivan; sisters, Faye Barnhill, Gail Cox, and Margaret Givens.

She is survived by her sons, Steve (Robin) Sullivan and Jody (Wendy) Sullivan; daughter, Michelle Lane (Ryan Wiersma); brother, Gary (Michelle) Tollett; sisters, Barbara (James) Jones, Dianne Givens, and Leisa Epps; grandchildren, Brittney (Cody) Amman, Torri (Justin) Duff, Evan Lane, Abbigale Lane, Cassidy Sullivan, Ruby Sullivan, and Frenchy Sullivan; great grandchildren, Fox, Arrow, Adaline, Bella, Jack, and Sammy; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hudgins Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin after 11:00 AM on Saturday. Friends and Family will serve as pallbearers.
