Jerry Lee “Bubba” Mitchell, age 50 of College Grove, TN passed away January 23, 2019.
He worked for many years in HVAC. He was an avid fan of University of Tennessee, Ford Racing, Bill Elliott Racing and Casey Kahne Racing.
Preceded in death by parents, William L. “Billy” and Irene Poteete Mitchell and brother, Raymond “Nugg” Mitchell. Survived by: wife, Cindy Mitchell; daughter, Amanda Mitchell; son, Brandon Mitchell; brother, James L. Mitchell; sister, Lillian “Bunches” Mitchell; grandchildren, Alayziah Mitchell and Hannah Calhoun; step children, James Troxler, Johnathan Troxler and Kimberly Lopez; eight step grandchildren; aunts, Mary Jett, Peggy Reed and Mildred Wiley; mother of his children, Lynn Reed; beloved pet, Shugg and other loving family members.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Anderson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Willie Poteete, Leo Lopez, Johnathan Troxler, Chris Wiley, Cuzz Thomas, Bernie Jones, Bobby Wiley and Justin Barnhill. Memorials may be made to Williamson County Animal Shelter.
