Floarea Popescu, passed away on August 5th, 2017 at the age of 90.
She was born in Romania on July 4th, 1927 in the country site, where she grew up with her parents Paraschiva (mother) and Dima (father) together with five brothers and sisters.
Her ambitious and hardworking personality brought her to finish economical school and over the years become the CFO of a prestigious industrial construction company in Constanta, Romania.
She was a loving and dedicated wife and mother, as well as a very successful person in her career. She was a leader by all means.
She loved to knit and saw in her spare time, making beautiful and unique sweaters and dresses.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Gheorghe Popescu.
Floarea is survived by her daughter Simona (Codreanu), son in law Cristian, and grandchild Andreas.
