Christopher Alan “Chris” Kinder, age 66 of Franklin, TN passed away November 20, 2019.
Born in Detroit, MI to the late Walter & Shirley Brandemihl Kinder. He worked at General Motors with 32 years of service in the Livonia, MI plant and also in Spring Hill, TN. The past twelve years he worked at Lowes.
Chris is survived by his wife, Alice Rose Kinder of Franklin, TN; son, Kyle (Whitney) Kinder of Nashville, TN; daughters, Kristina Herring of Spring Hill, TN and Lauren (John) Ignomirello of Spring Hill, TN; brothers, Lonny (Betsy) Kinder of Smithville, TN and Scott Kinder of Howell, MI; sister, Nancy (Jeff) Rhoades of Friendship, NY; granddaughter, Lucille Herring. Chris was a family man, a friend to all with a kind and selfless heart. He was an avid outdoorsman, sportsman, enjoyed exploring the Bourbon Trail, craft distilleries, vacations with his family, and playing dress up with his granddaughter.
