Arthur A. Witt, Jr., age 91 of Franklin, TN passed away May 21, 2019 while visiting his son in Las Vegas, NV.
He was a lifelong resident of Williamson County, TN. He was a civil engineer in construction for 45 years before retiring to enjoy traveling, reading, computer games, joking with people and always telling how long he had been married.
Preceded in death by son, Dan Witt, father, Arthur A. Witt, Sr.; mother, Gladys Gibbs Witt and brother, Murray Witt. Survived by: wife of 74 years, Elizabeth H. Witt; son, Randall (Renee) Witt; grandchildren, Cooper Witt and Kacy Witt (Kirk) Thomas; great grandchild, Wyatt Thomas and brother, Gilbert L. Witt.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Mitch Davis officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
