Nolensville spoiled Lincoln County’s homecoming with a 31-17 win over the Falcons on Friday.

Running back Colton Dooley ran 31 times for 213 yards and two scores for the Knights, part of a 43-carry, 265-yard rushing evening for Nolensville.

Quarterback Brandon Wharton II was 10-of-19 for 79 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions through the air.

That touchdown went to Zach Campbell (four catches, 32 yards). Campbell added two carries for eight yards.

It marked the third win for coach Will Hester and the Knights, who are playing their first full season of football.

The Knights led 17-10 at the end of the third, and 10-7 at half.

Nolensville (3-5) is off next week before hosting Maplewood on the 20th.
