The highly anticipated Nolensville Town Square groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 21 at 7375 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, TN.

Nolensville Town Square is envisioned as a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike. This transformative 27-acre mixed-use development aims to create a central hub for the community, blending modern living and retail spaces with Nolensville’s rich historical essence.

The development will feature a mix of residential options, including multifamily units over retail, townhomes, condos, and live/work spaces, along with approximately 70,000 square feet of commercial space dedicated to office, retail, and restaurants. The property is anchored by a central town square surrounded by green spaces, pocket parks, and pedestrian-friendly trails. The project also includes the restoration and preservation of the historic Nolensville Town Cemetery, located on the site.
