After two years, The Sunday Market announced they will not continue the free monthly markets that took place at The Factory.
On Thursday, Sunday Market shared the news on Facebook.
“…It’s time to say goodbye. It is been an incredible last two years and I’m so thankful for our awesome vendors, great customers, and the community that was created!”
Creator of The Sunday Market Caroline Ritter wrote, “It is time to close this chapter and focus on other things.”
Ritter continued by thanking the vendors, musicians, food trucks, nonprofits, and the customers for spending ten Sundays with the market.
The Sunday Market opened on April 9, 2017, at The Factory in the same spot as the Farmers Market. The market featured handmade goods designed by local artisans as well as high-quality vintage finds. Each month, the market highlighted a local non-profit as well.
