No Boundaries Training Offered by Fleet Feet

If you’ve ever dreamed of participating in a 5k or 10k, now is the time to start training! Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries 5k/10k Training begins in June and will train individuals for the Franklin Classic races on Labor Day (Sept 2) in downtown Franklin.

Participants will meet a few times a week to train with extremely qualified and experienced coaches, who will guide each person through the training process.  Training sessions are not just about running. Sessions will also include core strengthening and yoga exercises. Information clinics on topics ranging from nutrition to race day prep will follow each Saturday session as well.

No worries if you are a beginner. Fleet Feet’s 5k training program is specifically designed for those that have no experience as well as those who are familiar with completing a 5k but looking for a little extra motivation.

If you’re a running enthusiast, the 10k training is for you! It is a more advanced program and designed for those who can already complete 3 miles in 45 minutes.

Groups will train twice a week—Tuesdays at 6p and Saturdays at 7:30a. Participants will meet at Fleet Feet Sports at 330 Franklin Road in Brentwood. The first meeting is Tuesday, June 18th at 6pm.
