NoBaked Cookie Dough will open in the CoolSprings Galleria, the Galleria announced. An exact open date was not released yet.
NoBaked Cookie Dough serves edible cookie dough with several flavors- chocolate chip, peanut butter, cookies n’ cream, red velvet, cinnamon roll, brownie batter chip and more. The Nashville-based company has six locations across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Missouri is scheduled to open later in 2019. Their edible cookie dough is made fresh every day in each of their locations. NoBaked offers several vegan options with gluten-free options coming soon.
NoBaked Cookie Dough joins a group of other retailers to recently open in the Galleria.
- Dry Goods opened its first Tennessee store in the Galleria
- Seventh Sense, a CBD kiosk opened just outside of California Pizza Kitchen
- Express reopened on August 8 after a remodel.
- Hollie Ray Boutique, formerly in Westhaven (which originally opened in the Pop-up shop at the CoolSprings Galleria) now has a permanent home in the former Gymboree storefront.
