Nine Father Ryan Seniors Recognized by National Merit Scholarship Foundation

Nine members of the Father Ryan Class of 2019 have been honored by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. Four individuals have been named Semifinalists, and five others have been named Commended Scholars.

The four Semifinalists are once again the largest number of any Catholic high school in Tennessee.

The Semifinalists are:
John Bottei
Kate Connor
Meg Connor
Ward Jaeger

The Commended Scholars are:
Owen Chamness
Joseph Gallivan
Truman McDaniel
T.J. Nicholson
Alex Saavedra

Two of these students are Williamson County residents. Ward Jaeger is a resident of Franklin. His family moved to the area from Arkansas last year. Truman McDaniel is a resident of Brentwood and an alumnus of Sunset Middle School.
