New WMC Tollgate Medical Plaza Opening in Thompson’s Station

The Williamson Medical Group is Opening in the new Tollgate Medical Plaza in Thompson’s Station. The space will house Dr. Scott Lieberman, M.D. formerly seeing patients at Williamson Medical Center (WMC). Also the move brings new faces to the WMC.
Coming to fill the space vacated by Lieberman is William Daniel Halford, M.D., and Alex James Slandzicki, M.D., both currently with Nashville Medical Group. Along with Arthur Williams, D.O., the three will comprise the newly expanded Williamson Primary Care. Williams and Lieberman will also continue to see patients in their current location on the fourth floor of the Williamson Medical Center Tower. Beginning in January, Williamson Primary Care will move to its new location on the fifth floor of the Williamson Tower. 

Art Williams
Arthur Williams, D.O.

Williams has been practicing in Williamson County for more than 15 years. Board-certified in Family Medicine, he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

William Daniel Halford, M.D.

Halford is a native of Tennessee and completed his family medicine residency at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He has been in practice for 21 years and treats patients of all ages. He also provides travel medicine services as a certified member of the International Society of Travel Medicine.


Alex James Slandzicki, M.D.

Slandzicki has been seeing patients of all ages in the Nashville area since 1998 and has served as a clinical instructor for the Vanderbilt University College of Medicine and School of Nursing. “We are both excited to join Williamson Primary Care and begin the next chapter of our medical careers in Williamson County,” Slandzicki said. “Caring for the entire family is something all three of us are passionate about and look forward to seeing existing and new patients at Williamson Primary Care.”
