Chopt Creative Salad Company, a fast-casual salad restaurant, is coming to the Hill Center in Brentwood.It will be the first Tennessee location for the restaurant.
The Chopt concept is that you can order and checkout in four minutes, getting healthy food really fast. They also have a salad calculator, so you can check out how the nutrition information before you go.
The company began in 2001 when Tony Shure and Colin McCabe were in college in the Midwest. As Shure and Colin saw college kids seeking healthy options by standing in lines out the door for frozen yogurt in the middle of winter or heading to the local pizza place just for the salad bar, they knew they could do better, states their website.
Chopt has not set an official opening date but plan to open by the end of 2017.
Other restaurants in the Hill Center Brentwood include Del Frisco’s Grille, Nama Sushi, and Uncle Julio’s. Jeni’s Ice Cream is set to open later this year. Hill Center Brentwood is located at 211 Franklin Road, Brentwood.
