A new restaurant/bar will open in the building formerly occupied by Boudreaux Brothers at 328 Main Street in downtown Franklin.

Owners of GRAYS on Main, Michael and Joni Cole have begun renovation on the 1,157 square foot space with plans to be open at the beginning of 2018.
Joni Cole told us the name for the new establishment will be Hardwater South. While the concept is still in the planning phase, Cole told us the focus will be on bourbon, whiskey, craft beer and great food. The restaurant will seat 25-30 patrons.
Joni and Michael Cole spent more than a year renovating GRAYS on Main for its August 2013 opening. We can’t wait to see the completed Hardwater South. Expect to see a unique window cover at Hardwater South that will be displayed just before Pumpkinfest.
