New Neighborhood Announced in Fairview

Jones Company

The Jones Company, a Nashville-based home builder, has announced the release of a new Fairview neighborhood called Otter Creek. The neighborhood contains 240 homesites and The Jones Company will be building their Heritage Collection homes over the next few years. A limited number of homesites are now available for purchase in the first phase of building.

The Jones Company’s Heritage Collection of homes is currently featured in the Kelsey Glen neighborhood of Mt. Juliet and the River Oaks neighborhood of Lebanon. The Heritage Collection homes are priced from the $366s and range from about 2,200 to 3,500 square feet. The homes are offered with flexible floor plans and customizable options. The neighborhood boasts large home sites, ranging from .46 acre up to one acre in size and all lots contain three-car garages. Otter Creek is within 25 miles of downtown Nashville and is zoned for Westwood Elementary, Fairview Middle School and Fairview High School.

“We look forward to seeing folks take advantage of the benefits of getting into an attractive location like this in the early stages of development,” said Ken Stricker, CEO of The Jones Company. “Residents of Otter Creek will be able to buy a home in Williamson County at a great price point and will be just a short drive from downtown.”

The lots at Otter Creek are available now and are selling fast. Construction of the model, slated to be the Heritage Collection Pierce home, will begin next week. Floor plans, photos and options can be found online at livejones.com. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 615-405-6425.

Otter Creek is located off Old Nashville Road.
