The neighborhood contains 240 homesites and The Jones Company will be building their Heritage Collection homes over the next few years. A limited number of homesites are now available for purchase in the first phase of building.
The Jones Company’s Heritage Collection of homes is currently featured in the Kelsey Glen neighborhood of Mt. Juliet and the River Oaks neighborhood of Lebanon. The neighborhood boasts large home sites, ranging from .46 acre up to one acre in size and all lots contain three-car garages.
