Williamson County Parks and Recreation is now offering Cycle/TRX classes in Nolensville and Spring Hill.
This high energy circuit training program combines indoor cycling with TRX. Born in America’s Navy Seal program, the TRX system leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX enhances strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Cycle/TRX is offered at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. and at the Longview Recreation at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr. on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
