On West Main Street in downtown Franklin, new businesses are popping up. Habit Boutique just held its grand opening and this Saturday, Oct 28, Magpies will open in the former Jamba Juice location.
Magpies posted on their Facebook page, “Franklin gal pals:/ PINK SKIES AHEAD! Magpies Girl is opening Saturday, October 28th from 10-6 at 504 West Main Street! Costume contest, candy, and a free magpies backpacks with purchase!! We can’t even wait for the FUN to begin! Xoxo”
Magpies owner, Maggie Tucker grew up in Franklin, attending Grassland Middle and Franklin High School. We spoke to her just after she signed the lease and she said the focus for Magpies is on the harder to find clothing for the tweens and teens age group. This is the second location for Magpies, the original Magpies is located at 6027 Highway 100 in Nashville.
