You’ve heard of food trucks. But have you heard of dog treat trucks? Say hello to 4 Paws Pastries, a new local dog treat truck that you can find at a few local farmers markets and at special events in the Nashville area.

On their menu, you’ll find all natural, made from scratch dog treats.

“Nothing is store bought except raw materials. We do offer grain free options as well on our menu,” said  owner Alan Frame.

4 Paws Pastries was always a dream project for Frame and co-owner Chef Kinsey Smith. They simply wanted to “to bring joy to our four-legged friends in the same manner that food trucks and food bring joy to us.” A trained pastry chef, Chef Smith decided to put her skills to the dogs, so to speak and create natural treats that pet owners are proud to give their pets.

The name 4 Paws Pastries came organically as Frame and Smith are the proud owners of four dogs, who they love dearly. The logo is particularly significant.

“Our logo has a very special significance as the dog pictured is a Japanese Akita which we owned together who passed away last summer, her name was Bella,” said Frame.

You can find 4 Paws Pastries at the Thompson’s Station Farmers Market (located at Homestead Manor 4683 Columbia Pike) each Wednesday from 4 p – 7 p and the Spring Hill Farmers Market (located at Harvey Park 4001 Miles Johnson Pkwy) each Thursday from 3 p – 7 p.
