If the spring weather has you wanting to refresh your wardrobe, there’s a new Nolensville boutique for you to check out.
Indigo Cottage opened in March at 7240 Nolensville Road in the Nolensville Towne Center At Blue Indigo, you will find women’s clothing, handcrafted jewelry, candles, bath products, and gifts. The new boutique is owned by local residents Amy and Joe Harrison; they have called Nolensville home for 11 years.
We spoke to Amy who shared why she chose to call the boutique Indigo Cottage.
“I always wanted to own a boutique called Urban Cottage but found out that name was taken! So, I kept the name ‘cottage’ because it reminds me of a comfortable place. Blue is my favorite color, so I thought Indigo sounded pretty with ‘cottage.'”
After living in Nolensville for 11 years and experiencing first-hand the growth of the area, Amy thought a new boutique would be a great addition, she shared.
“There has been tremendous growth and I thought another boutique would make a nice addition to the already wonderful stores in our town.”
There’s a variety of items to shop at Indigo Cottage with new items arriving almost every day.
A grand opening event was held March 30 but keep checking their Facebook page for a ribbon cutting event announcement to be shared soon.
Hours of operation for Indigo Cottage are Monday, noon – 6 p, Tuesday – Saturday 10 a – 6 p, and closed on Sunday. Follow them on Facebook for the latest updates.
