We talked to area realtor Judy Williams of Crye-Leike, Realtors who says Princeton Hills is one of Brentwood’s most popular neighborhoods. “Princeton Hills was one of Brentwood’s first premiere communities on the west side of 65,” says Williams. “Homes range in price from $900,000 to $4 million. Much of its popularity other than beautiful homes is the fact that it is located across the street from Brentwood High School and Brentwood Middle School.”
Williams says the location of Princeton Hills is quite unique, as one entrance faces the picturesque, 400-acre Turner Farm. It’s also close to many other attractions and services. “There are restaurants and grocery store five minutes away. Cool Springs is ten minutes away and there are two equally close entrances onto I-65. It is two minutes from Granny White Park and about five minutes to the Brentwood Library,” notes Williams.
“The Princeton Hills community is a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood.”
