Shadow Creek
Shadow Creek is a very welcoming and family-friendly community. There are 145 homes in Shadow Creek and residents are minutes away from the elementary school. The homes were built from 2002-2008 and feature classic and traditional style. Shadow Creek has plenty of space for children to play, a pool, and community tennis courts.
Courtside
Courtside at Southern Woods is the largest of the three communities. With 256 homes, Courtside is a true family-oriented residential community. South Springs
