Recognized by the Middle Tennessee Diversity Forum as the “Woman to Watch,” Jarmon has received the Nashville Business Journal‘s “Top Forty Under 40” and “Women of Influence” award in the Entrepreneur category and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “Top 30 Under 30”.

Jarmon has one goal in mind: To help businesses, organizations and people unlock their greatest potential. Recognized as one of the leading public relations and brand strategists in Nashville, her work for The MEPR Agency, launched in 2006 has led her to a successful career away from the stereotypical “communications box.”

A graduate of Belmont University, Jarmon was the first Ingram Achievers Scholar and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  She is an adjunct communications and marketing consultant for the Center for Nonprofit Management.
She is often sought after to speak about communications, culture, audience translation and connectivity, storytelling, brand strategy, and social media.
