In Spring Hill on Tuesday, the Nashville Olive Oil Company hosted its grand opening and ribbon cutting.
The event and ribbon cutting was hosted by the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, at the new store’s location, in Belshire Village, in Suite 105, next to where Ten 27 Grille was located.
Husband and wife co-owners Michelle and Jeff Quimby spent the past year prepping the store to open and creating their space. This is the first location for the store; the couple decided to open an olive oil store after visiting a friend in Alabama who owned one.
Now, the couple who just moved back to the area, hope to become a fixture in Spring Hill, and on your kitchen shelf.
They have a variety of oils and unique hand-made marinades.
They are open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. They are closed on Sunday and Monday.
