NASHVILLE Little Cakes was originally a hobby for musician turned realtor Susan ‘Miley’ Barcus who made her chocolate creations for clients and friends. She and her husband Brent and their two children are residents of Brentwood. You can find out more about them and the business, online.
Her signature artisan cakes are available from the website and at Whole Foods Market. All of these delightful morsels are original recipes using local ingredients whenever possible. The mini-cakes have the icing on the inside and can often be found with chocolate or sugar sprinkled on top.
If you have not tasted the chocolate fried chicken you are in for a treat. The thick cakes include sour cream making them rich and tasty. Everything is made from scratch to order and Miley even delivers her product to her retailers.
