A new home improvement show is hitting TV Thursday night. “Nashville Flipped” premiers March 19th at 10pm on HGTV.

Mike Wolf of “American Pickers” helped create the show and works with Nashville house flipper Troy Shafer and designer, Alex Cirimelli (owner of Serenite Maison in Leiper’s Fork). As stated on their Facebook Page, “”Nashville Flipped” takes pride in respecting, restoring and renovating the historic houses of Nashville to provide unique homes with personality for modern families.”

In “Nashville Flipped, ” you will see house flipper, Troy Shafer, renovate homes in historic communities throughout Nashville. Reviving historic homes is as important to Troy as is accomplishing a financially sound flip. As with many of the old homes he acquires there are always unforeseen challenges, because one never really knows what one has until they begin pulling back the years of neglect. In Thursday’s pilot episode, Troy  and Alex tackle a 1932 Craftsman style bungalow in East Nashville.
