Emerging Designers fashion show with local headliner designer Leona at Ruby. Show starts at 7pm.

Emerging Designers showing their collections are Patrick T Cooper Resort Collection, Anna Victoria, Maarika Mann of MFPM, Isabel S-K, Soluna (collection by Megan Chapman and Aja Blumanhourst, O’More recent alumni, pictured to the right) SMOK, Cat-land Forever Couture, Eric Adler, and Ana Maria.

Thursday April 3, 2014
Fashion Forward Gala with special guest speaker Fern Mallis, former Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion and Executive Director of the Council of Fashion Designers of America and creator of New York Fashion Week. This special event will take place at contemporary performing and visual arts venue OZ on the evening of Thursday, April 3. The gala will host guests from across the Nashville fashion community and will celebrate ‘fashion as art’ as well as the resolute, entrepreneurial spirit of the Nashville Fashion Forward Fund of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

Friday April 4th, 2014
Nashville Fashion Week joins forces with 5th Avenue of the Arts to announce an evening of fashion-inspired art and runway shows presented by Opry Mills on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 7:00 pm.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour hosted by three 5th Avenue of the Arts galleries who will each showcase artistic works inspired by fashion. The Arts Company will feature artists Devin Crane, Tres Taylor and Lillie Taylor; The Rymer Gallery will feature artists Celeste Rapone, Marcus Durkheim, and Herb Williams; and Tinney Contemporary will feature artist Carlos Gamez de Francisco.

Following the cocktail hour, the event will move outside for headlining runway shows on 5th Avenue. Guests will enjoy the Fall 2014 collections from Amanda Uprichard presented by Stacey Rhodes Boutique, Samantha Pleet, Skif International in collaboration with St. Louis Fashion Week, SW3 Bespoke presented by Gus Mayer, and Vaute Couture. Styling services for Friday night will be provided by Green Pea Salon and The Cosmetic Market.

Saturday April 5, 2014
Closing Night, presented by William Edge Salon at Marathon Music Works on Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 pm. Immediately following the runway shows will be the official closing party in celebration of the week, hosted at Marathon Music Works and William Collier’s.

The closing night of Nashville Fashion Week features runway shows with collections from Cavortress, Jacob Holston presented by Emerson Grace, Johnathan Kayne, Julia Clancey presented by Any Old Iron, Roxenstone, and the evening’s headlining collection, Rodd & Gunn, a menswear collection from New Zealand presented by Levy’s.
