Franklin Police have arrested another prostitute and ‘John‘ in Cool Springs.
Acting on a tip that more prostitution might be taking place at the Extended Stay, 680 Bakers Bridge Avenue, Franklin Police Flex Officers initiated surveillance there at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon. It did not take long for officers to observe traffic in and out of the hotel consistent with prostitution.

Victoria Varela, of Ft. Lauderdale, was taken into custody and charged with Prostitution, Promoting Prostitution, and Impersonating a Licensed Professional. Varela was released on a $3,000 bond. She is due in court 05/21/2015 at 1:00 p.m.
Tennessee law requires police to issue a misdemeanor citation (ticket), in lieu of a custodial arrest, to certain offenders. Officers cited the man listed below for Patronizing Prostitution, and released him.
