Mill Creek Brewing Co Announces Taproom Restaurant

Chago's Cantina

Mill Creek Brewing Co in Nolensville announced a new restaurant in the taproom. On Friday, Mill Creek posted on their Facebook page that Chago’s Cantina will open on September 21st replacing Subculture, a food truck which was previously on site serving food at Mill Creek Brewing Co.

Chago’s Cantina is a longstanding restaurant in Nashville located next to Belmont University. On their website, Chago’s describes their food as “inspired by the beaches of Baja California and the unique culture of New Orleans, our menu is a combination of everything we love. Smoking whole piggies on the sidewalk out front, the occasional crawfish boil and throwing a damn good party is what we are good at. This is what we want to share with you.”

The menu posted on Chago’s Cantina website for the Mill Creek location is not quite as extensive as the Belmont location. You will find the menu separated into snacks, tacos, and bigger snacks and there’s even a kids menu. Diners can select from four tacos options of braised pork belly, Beef & Stout, fried Mississippi Catfish, and fried & Pickled avocado. Included in the bigger snacks is a double cheeseburger, nachos, and taco salad.

Chago’s Cantina will be open on Thursday and Friday from 4 p – 9 p and Saturday from noon – 9 p.

Mill Creek Brewing Co is located at 2008 Johnson Industrial Boulevard in Nolensville. It was the first brewery to be located in South Williamson County. The brewery held its grand opening earlier this year for their tap room.
