Middle College Hosts Arts, Beats & Eats

Arts, Beats & Eats VII is this Thursday, April 25th from 6-9 p.m. on campus at Middle College High School. This yearly fundraiser is key to supporting the many programs at the school. Admission is only $5.

From 6-6:45 p.m. the students will be performing in the basement. Student artwork will adorn the 2nd floor hallway and you get the opportunity to vote for your favorite by donating to the appropriate jar. At 6:45 the live auction begins. Items up for bid include 10 hand painted chairs by art students (sold individually), a Meet and Greet package with Toby Mac, a Tide NASCAR jacket autographed by Darryl Waltrip #17 and more.

They have also prepared gift baskets to tempt your wallet with themes like Coffee Lover, Pamper Yourself, and All About Franklin. Cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, gift certificates from local restaurants and a pampered pet weekend for your cat at the Farm at Natchez Trace Animal Spa are all available.

Volunteers to bring desserts or to help for an hour in one of their areas are always welcome. To help out, click here. The coordinator is King and the password is 2127.  You may sign up for both volunteer time and desserts. Don’t miss this fun family gathering.
