After a couple of days of 24/7 re-modeling , Mellow Mushroom in Historic Downtown Franklin is re-opening their doors at 11:00 today. You’ll newly finished floors and new booths when you go in today. Add to that some recently added new menu items, and it’s definitely a new year for the Franklin Mellow :
- Meatball Ricotta Pizza: Red Sauce base with Mozzarella Cheese, thin sliced meatballs, onions, and a swirl of ricotta. Baked and then topped off with basil.
- Buffalo Chicken Salad: All natural grilled chicken marinated in buffalo sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, croutons, tomatoes, red onion, romaine lettuce, served with Ranch dressing ( for you “heat” lovers try it with the spicy ranch)
- Cobb Salad (Source Favorite) : All natural grilled chicken, Applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, diced hard boiled eggs, bleu cheese crumbles. Served with Bleu Cheese or Spicy Ranch dressing.
