Have you heard about Studio Novo but haven’t yet tried it out? Meet Sara, an avid Studio Novo student, to learn about her experience and why you should give it a try! Sara started coming to Studio Novo last April, when a friend referred her and now she can’t get enough. Read our interview with her to find out why!
WS: What brought you to Studio Novo?
Sara: I was referred to Studio Novo by a friend. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had never done anything like it before. I was a cheerleader through high school and college so I always had that to keep me fit. After college I knew I needed to find an exercise to keep me in shape and I wanted to find something that I loved doing. I tried many different workouts, but never stuck with anything. Studio Novo was the first place that made me want to go back again. Now I actually look forward to working out! The staff and owners are always warm, friendly, and motivating. They have truly pushed me to reach my goals!
WS: Do you have a favorite exercise at Studio Novo?
Sara:My favorite exercise at Studio Novo is “inch worm”. It really isolates your abs and is super intense!
WS: What do you like the most about the Megaformer?
Sara: I love how versatile the machine is. There are SO many exercises that can be done. On the Megaformer there is always something new to learn, or an advanced variation to be made. I also love that it is a low impact workout, but still provides that blast of cardio!
WS: Tell us about the results you’ve seen since working out at Studio Novo.
Sara:My body has changed so much since coming to Studio Novo. Not only have I lost weight, but I am stronger and leaner. Studio Novo gave me a challenge and quick results.
WS: Do you have a motto that keeps you motivated?
Sara:Growing up my parents always told me “No matter what, love what you do.” So one of my favorite mottos/quotes has always been “Know what you are doing. Love what you are doing. Believe in what you are doing.”
