While it may not be the healthiest choice, fast food is designed to be eaten on the go, and McDonald’s has made that quick car meal a bit easier to handle with the invention of their new BagTray.
The BagTray is designed as a paper bag on top and a cardboard serving tray on the bottom with a tearaway strip between the two pieces. The cardboard serving tray is reinforced in order to handle the larger, heavier meals.
The BagTray was developed by McDonald’s Hungary and ad agency DDB Budapest.
While the BagTray may help with the ease of eating on the go, it may make it difficult to take your leftovers with you.
